3 Pack Wide Strap Crop Tank Tops, Square Neck Ribbed

Three tanks, and one size to get right
The bag holds three tanks in three colours and one size. That single fact decides most of the purchase: you cannot keep two and send the third back because it is cut differently, and you cannot take one up a size. If the size is wrong, it is wrong three times. What you get for that is three tanks in rotation, which for something worn against skin and washed every other wear is about the number that keeps one clean while one dries.

A square that stays square
The front and the back are both cut square, with the corners taken off just enough that the fabric does not pull at the shoulder. A square neck is the hardest neckline to hold on a knit, because the two vertical edges want to fall inward and turn the shape into a V by the end of the day. What stops it here is the width of the strap. It leaves the neckline as a flat band roughly two inches across and runs straight over the shoulder, so the pull comes from a broad edge instead of a single point.

The hem sits at the waist and the bottom band is ribbed and doubled, so it stays down when you raise your arms, which is the usual failure of a crop tank.

Nothing crosses at the back
The back repeats the front: square, low, with the same two straight straps running parallel down to the band. There is no racerback, no cross, no twist. In practice that means no strap passes over the point between the shoulder blades, so nothing rubs there when you row or press overhead, and there is no second line to line up under a tank with a scooped back. The cost is that parallel straps take less of the load off the front, which is why the band under the bust is doubled.

Ribbing is doing two jobs
The knit is a fine vertical rib, which gives a lot around the body and very little along its length. That is why a ribbed crop keeps its line at the hem after a wash instead of curling, and why it can be cut close without behaving like a compression top. The weight is medium: the colourways shown are opaque at the chest and do not go sheer when stretched over the bust. High stretch on the label is accurate: the tank returns to its own shape instead of growing at the waist over a day.

No shelf, no pads, nothing sewn in
There is no bra inside this tank. No shelf band, no removable pads, no second layer at the bust. It is one layer of ribbed knit, which is what makes it thin enough to wear under something and cool enough for a summer day. It also means the support has to come from what you wear underneath, and a tank cut this close will show the edges of a bra with a high back or wide straps. The listing says it plainly, and three of the twelve photos are styled with nothing visible underneath. If you need the layer to carry the bust on its own, this is the wrong tank; the packs with a knitted-in shelf are a different product.

Fifteen packs, and one of them is printed
The size run is XS to XL, five sizes, and each size exists across fifteen colour packs, which comes to seventy-one variations rather than seventy-five, because four of the combinations were never made in every size. Fourteen packs are three solid tanks, named as combinations: black with beige and light blue, navy with beige and red, black with brown and light grey. The names list the three colours in the order they sit in the bag, not a stripe pattern.

The fifteenth pack is different in kind. Leopard in black, khaki and pink is three printed tanks rather than three dyed ones, and the print is a fine animal spot rather than a large graphic. It is also the pack in the title and on the model in most of the photos, so check the swatch before you order.

What it is not
It is not a workout bra and it is not shapewear. It is a short ribbed tank, cut to sit at the waist, in a pack of three, in one size. Most of what goes wrong with it goes wrong at the size, because the pack takes that decision once for all three.
