RETURN & REFUND
At Olchee Fashion, we have been working hard to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Our shoes and clothes are all handmade. Every production process is controlled by personnel, and they are strictly checked before shipment. If you have any problems with the product you received, you can contact us in time via email: support@olchee.com
1.Exchange & Return Process
If you are dissatisfied with the product or have any problems with the product itself, please contact our customer service staff by email: support@olchee.com, we will reply to you within 1-3 days after receiving the email.
*Meanwhile, in order to ensure the quality of our service and solve the problem quickly, we hope that you can provide your order number, the problem with the product and provide relevant photos when you send the email.
*Even if you find damage or incorrect size & color when you receive the product, please do not directly send the product back to the address on the package. Please contact us by mail first. Any return without email contacting us will be considered invalid.
2.Exchange & Return Policy
If the product you received does not have any quality problems, you need to pay for the return fees(within 14 days after delivery).
The product should not be damaged or cleaned.
*We will bear all return and exchange responsibilities in the following situations:
a)Damaged goods
b)Wrong color or size
c)Missing product
*We will NOT bear all return and exchange responsibilities in the following situations:
a)There is no problem with the product, it's just that the customer doesn't like it
b)The customer chose the wrong color or size when placing the order
3.Exchange & Refund
For all paid or free exchange packages, we will send them out within 7 working days, we will send out a mailing confirmation email and order number after sending out.
For customers who return packages, the refund will be returned to the customer's original card or PayPal account within 72 hours after receiving the package, and we will notify you via email after the refund is complete.
